Our experienced and capable machinists make a wide variety of precision screw machined parts. Extensive cross working and other machining capabilities enable us to produce complex parts for you up to 1.250" in diameter, up to 12 inches long in one chucking on our 5 to 8 axis machines. Multiple chuckings on a part are possible for longer parts and the CNC turning centers can produce larger parts with diameters up to 8 inches.

One of our specialties is the production of parts involving some combination of CNC Swiss screw machining, thread rolling, cylindrical or centerless grinding, CNC vertical machining, straightening, external thread grinding, or knurling. We make parts from thread rolled or centerless ground rods (which we produce) without marring the diameters. All machining operations are performed in-house. Therefore, we can offer you the convenience of dealing with only one company when you need complex parts. We are flexible when design changes are needed, and will work hard to accommodate your needs.
